Cloud and Pour point Apparatus

Cloud and pour point apparatus are used in Oil industries to test pour point in lowest
temperatures at which the oil fails to flow.
Standard                                 :           Single tank model and Four tank model.
Temperature range                             :               0°C, -17°C, -34°C, -51°C for four tank model.
                                                                                -70°C to 0°C for Single tank model.

  1. Floor model.

Temperature Controller:

    • Individual Digital Temperature indicator cum controller with display resolution of 1°C. PT-100 Sensor.
    • Controlling accuracy ±2°C, at minimum temperature.
    • Display accuracy ±0.5%, and full scale.

    Construction:

    1. Tank made of Stainless Steel, 304 Grade and Dully Polished.
    2. Outer made of Mild Steel, powder coated.
    3. Polyurethane Foam Insulation (PUF).
    4. Four test positions.
    5. Copper jackets, with rubber felt/disks, gaskets, Test jars & Corks.
    6.  Heavy Duty Castor wheels for easy movement.
    7. Drain.

    Refrigeration System:

    1. Single stage refrigeration system for temperature up to –40°C.
    2. Double stage refrigeration (cascade system) for temperatures below –40°C.
    3. Hermetically sealed compressor.
    4. CFC free refrigerant filled.
    5. Fin and tube type air-cooled condenser.

    Power Supply:

      • Single phase- 230 Volts, 50 Hz.

    Optional:

    1. Full stainless steel model available at extra cost.
    2. Spares: Copper jackets, with rubber felt/disks, gaskets, test jars & corks at extra cost.
